Q Do they have a Bad Beat jackpot?

Bad Beat Jackpot Rules


The Bad Beat jackpot is awarded when Four-of-a-Kind 8’s (or better) are beaten by a Four-of-a-Kind (or better). Both cards in each player’s hand must be used to qualify. If a Four-of-a-Kind is beaten, two of the four must be from the player’s private hand.

Maximum Bad Beat Jackpot: $500,000


The jackpot is distributed as follows:
50% goes to the losing qualifying hand
25% goes to the winning qualifying hand
25% is divided among the other active players at the table

Texas Hold’em Bad Beat Eligibility


At least five active players must be dealt into the hand.
If more than two hands qualify for a payout, only the two highest-ranking hands receive jackpot shares. Qualifying hands must use both hole cards. If it’s a Four-of-a-Kind, two of the four cards must be from the player’s private hand.

Additional Rules


Jackpot funds are collected when the pot reaches $15 or more.

Players must be actively seated in a jackpot game to be eligible for payouts.

Verbal communication about a possible jackpot during a hand may void eligibility.

Management reserves the right to void any jackpot hand if rules are not followed.
